Add Product Status and/or Hidden flag on the Upsells/Related Item Add Function

On a Product page's Upsells and Related Items tabs, when you search for a product to add it shows a thumbnail image, item name and price, but it needs to show whether or not the item is hidden, or at least what the status is. When you add something and THEN see that it's hidden or Discontinued, then have to delete it and try another item, it takes longer than it needs to.

Also, the list of items which are already added as Upsells and Related Items does show the status, but it does not show a thumbnail photo. Having a thumbnail photo on the list of existing related items would help when you don't recognize all items by name and want to make sure that an item which is a good fit has been related. Often I can picture an item that should be related, but when I look at the list and see only names I have to go to the front end of our site to see which ones they are and if one of them is the item I'm picturing in my head.

  No one is interested in this? It's one of my biggest gripes about adding (cloning) new products over the past 6+ years we've been on AC.
