With the recent update to AmeriSync for the TLS 1.2 connection, some users may experience AmeriSync not opening properly due to Windows Defender.
You will need to disable Windows Defender, run AmeriSync, and enable Windows Defender. Some users were able to bypass the warning message and select "Run Anyway" to allow the program to run again.
If you need to re-download the AmeriSync software, submit a support request.
