Batch Up Orders to Change Order Payment Type

Once orders are in the dashboard, I would like the ability to put orders in a batch and then update the order payment type (i.e. using a custom payment type) all at once.  Instead of having to go to each individual order and changing the payment type.

  This is a good idea that gets requested often enough to be looked into. Will send this up to the dev team for review!
