Add 'alt' Attribute Option For Main Blog Post Image, For SEO (PD-16425)

When creating a blog post, and adding an image to the post in Blog Post Settings, we should have the ability to set an 'alt' attribute for the image.

These days, Google wants to see an 'alt' attribute for every image it comes across, since it helps users (and Google) understand what the image is.  Adding the 'alt' attribute should improve the blog's SEO results.

Also, each blog page template contains a small image ('mnuBlog.png') with no 'alt' attribute set.  It should automatically be set (example: alt="blog explorer").
