Status Update: Legacy UPS Shipping rates unavailable, March 28th, 2025

UPS has disabled their legacy Access Key-based authorization method for its APIs.

Stores using the legacy UPS API without their own Access License Number will no longer be able to return shipping rates. Please update your UPS credentials following the instructions here: https://support.americommerce.com/hc/en-us/articles/18228306346907-Setup-UPS-shipping-provider
