11 AM CDT: There were changes to USPS API causing rates not to return for some USPS customers. Our developers are actively investigating this issue and working with the third party to provide a fix as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience while this is being resolved.
For scenarios like this, you can create a Fallback Method: Custom Shipping Methods with Fallback enabled are ONLY used if all enabled shipping providers are temporarily down. They will not be available to the customer in normal circumstances. See https://americommerce.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201905690-Custom-Shipping-Methods for more information on setting that up.

UPDATE 1:00 PM CDT: This issue has been resolved. Our developers were able to implement a workaround for shipping rates while waiting on USPS to review this issue.
We still have an open support request with USPS, but our online stores should be able to receive USPS shipping rates as they normally would. Please allow some time for these changes to roll out to all stores. -
UPDATE 2:17 PM CDT: The update to implement this workaround has been applied to all stores. Thank you for your patience on this issue. We are still seeking final resolution from USPS. If you are still experiencing any issues related to this, please submit a new support ticket.
