Status update: Tokenex outage impacting credit card fields - July 18th, 2024
7 PM CDT - We are currently aware of an outage from a third party partner, Tokenex, which may make credit card fields temporarily unavailable on the checkout page, cause issues loading account related pages, or pages containing credit card fields.

We hate service disruptions as much as you do which is why our data center works 24/7/365 to help prevent and fix issues exactly like this. 7:25 PM CDT - We are disabling TokenEx until they have resolved the issue. This will result in existing saved cards on file for customer accounts to not be available, however, customers will be able to enter their credit card info normally. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate your understanding while this issue is being resolved.
UPDATE: 11:00 AM CDT - TokenEx has been re-enabled. Viewing credit card information and other functionality that was lost due to this outage/disablement should be restored. If you're still experiencing an issue, please reach out to us.
