Update Availability Merge Code to remove "Usually ships in"

I recommend removing the default "usually ships within" text from the availability merge code so that only the display text from the product status. This will allow store owners to set values like "Call for ETA" instead of "usually ships within Call for ETA".

  Hi Alex, 

  This can be edited via the Store Text and languages feature using the "ProductDetails_UsuallyShipsIn_string" 

  You can save an empty space in this field to remove the label.

  We also have settings at the product level for "Call for Shipping" and "Call for Shipping Whole Order" that may be useful.
