    UPDATE: 09:30 AM CDT -  We are continuously working with SendGrid to restore email deliverability. Emails currently suspended will be queued for up to 72 hours and continue processing once this issue is resolved. Thank you for your continued patience as we work to resolve this issue.

    Update 4:20 PM CDT - We are pleased to announce that the recent issue affecting store email deliverability, in partnership with Sendgrid, has been resolved. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked diligently to address this matter.

    As of now, Sendgrid email services are fully operational, and you should experience normal email delivery functionality. Emails previously suspended should be queued and continue processing after this resolution. 

    Should you encounter any further issues or have additional concerns, we encourage you to reach out. You can create a new support ticket at support.americommerce.com, and we will be more than happy to help.
