Shipstation Anybody use it?

With Sparkpay, If so how did you get it to integrate?

  Yes we use it for our website www.mototote.com and are super happy with it. Shipstation is an amazing piece of software and the best shipping solution we've ever used. It's super easy to integrate, just check the documentation (here in SparkPay KB and Shipstation). Shipstation takes some time to set up depending on how much you want to customize and automate. We tried ShippingEasy first and didn't like it (they were both bought out by Stamps.com recently so are now part of the same company but still operate separately).

  What format is the URL you used to make the connection between the two?

  The instructions on this site and Shiptions look pretty easy. I have opened tickets with Shipstation & Sparkpay and nobody can figure out why I can't connect. lol.

  My thought is,  I using wrong URl, when you get chance could you see what format inside your Shipstation your using and let me know which one I should be using.

  That problem sounds vaguely familiar but it's been a while since I set it up so I can't remember the details

  I'm using URL https://www.mototote.com/store/integration/shipstation/shipstationxml.aspx in the ShipStation store setup settings. You do also have to set up an admin user with appropriate permissions in SparkPay. I'm thinking the "shipstation" in the URL is the name of the admin user that was set up for them - not sure. Also, in SparkPay there is an additional setting in Tools > Apps & Addons > ShipStation

  Yep thats the issue, in the instructions they say to use, well 3 diffrent URLs, the format you gave me worked perfectly.
