    Try doing a sample export from Saprk Pay to see how the data you want to import should look. If you don't have any orders in the Spark Pay store yet just manually enter some sample orders so that you'll have something to look at. You can open exported file in Excel or Open Office spreadsheet https://www.openoffice.org/.

    If you modify the file for import be sure to save in original/same format as export (probably CSV) and not Excel or Open Office spreadsheet.

    As far as phone orders we use the shopping cart for ALL transactions including phone orders. That way you don't have to import anything but you're going to export your orders to QuickBooks anyway probably.
