What are Customer Flags and How are they Used?
We occasionally run into issues with customers complaining about our cart not working. It seems the majority of these issues involve customers flagged as [Info Only].
Customer flags are mentioned as a HOTFEATURE in this post, http://www.americommerce.com/release-history/hotfeature-customer-flags-for-guest-or-info-only , however they aren't mentioned anywhere else within AmeriCommerce (in the same context) that we are able to find.
