Status Update: Resizer WEBP Images Unavailable - September 26th, 2023

1:15 PM CT - We are currently aware an issue affecting certain images for several online stores. The library which supports webp images for our image resizer is no longer supported, and therefore being decommissioned for security purposes. Webp images may not show properly on your site until the replacement is provided. We apologize for the inconvenience and we're working diligently to replace this as soon as possible. 

A possible workaround is to adjust your image settings to "Direct Reference" instead of going through the image resizer. This can be found under Settings > Catalog > General in the Product Photo Handling area. 

Note: There may be some images that would need to be resized with CSS instead.
