Status Update: Admin Users Unable to Login/ShipStation not connecting - May 23rd, 2023

We are currently aware an issue affecting many online stores causing errors when trying to login to the admin dashboard or using an integration which connects through a user account. (ShipStation)

A workaround for this is to login at console.cart.com directly.

  Yeah, no kidding.  This is a HUGE BLACK EYE for AC / Cart.com right now, we're processing orders the "Old Fashioned" way and it's NO BUENO!!!

  Our workaround is to create orders manually in ShipStation by copy-paste.
