Status Update: Admin Users Unable to Login/ShipStation not connecting - May 23rd, 2023

We are currently aware an issue affecting many online stores causing errors when trying to login to the admin dashboard or using an integration which connects through a user account. (ShipStation)
A workaround for this is to login at console.cart.com directly.
We are vigorously investigating the issue and will post updates as they come in. You can click the “follow” link above this post to be notified when a change or update of the issue has been made. Yeah, no kidding. This is a HUGE BLACK EYE for AC / Cart.com right now, we're processing orders the "Old Fashioned" way and it's NO BUENO!!!

Our workaround is to create orders manually in ShipStation by copy-paste.
