Allow us to define order of Refund Reasons
It would be nice if under "Settings > Orders > Refund Reasons" we could sort the reasons in the order that makes the most sense for our business. The way it is setup, the Refund Reason always defaults to "Product Arrived Late":
For us this is rarely the reason for the refund, so it would be nice if we could default the Refund Reason to a common reason for us.
