option to set sort order on specific category

We can set a global default sort order on categories, but we have some categories that we want to control differently;

ie in Category X we want it to sort by Price Low to Hi

in Category Y we want it to sort by Rating High to Low

etc.

If nothing is defined on that category level, it will use the default set to the store.

This can be a drop down in the admin but also should be a text filed via import/export

  Expansion to idea:: for each category, be allowed to feature specific item(s) to display first, second, third, what-have-you, and then sort by whatever method is chosen. There is a sort order for each item, I understand, but some items don't necessarily need to be featured in every category it might be listed in...
