Add the condition to the Rule Engine -> Order Events

Feature Request:
Add the condition to the rules (Rule Engine -> Order Events) that reads if a customer belongs to a specific mailing list.

  If you will be updating the rule engine order event conditions then I would also like to see the following condition types added:

  • Customer Last Name Contains
  • Customer Phone Number Contains
  • Order Billing Address Line 1 Contains
  • Order Billing Address Line 2 Contains
  • Order Shipping Address Line 1 Contains
  • Order Shipping Address Line 2 Contains

  Adding these condition types will allow me to receive an email when a customer places and order that I want to review and approve before shipping.
