Allow customers to post a reply/updated product review

We have now had multiple customers ask to be able to post an update/reply to their product review that would also modify the stars they gave on their initial review, or to be able to delete their original review and post a new review. Example a customer was dropshipped a carpet kit for their car, and it was cut wrong. They posted a review complaining about it not fitting right, we saw the review and contacted them and the manufacturer sent them out a new kit. So they wanted to update or remove their original 3 star review and update it with a 5 star review. Since we do not currently have that ability I went into the admin of the product reviews and updated their listing for them:
However, it seems like customers should have the ability to update/delete their reviews if there is an error or something about their original review has changed.
Customers have also complained about not being able to correct spelling or grammar errors in their review.
