When processing a completed order in the cart and you need to do a refund (partial or full), the drop down menu options for "Refund Reason" all point to the seller doing something wrong. We need an other option that doesn't make the seller at fault. In my case, I will offer a discount to a repeat customer after his/her order is placed. I would like to a refund reason " Preferred customer discount or "Free Shipping on this order, or OTHER" Something like that would work nicely. Thank you for your consideration. Rob

We provided the ability to make custom refund reasons with this feature, which can be found under Settings > Orders > Refund Reasons. You can also remove any defaults that do not apply for your use-case.
