Stop Requiring the User to Select a Shipping Method

We need to make the shopping experience and checkout more streamlined.  We need the ability to turn off the Shipping Method Selection.  

Let the user place the order and let us select the best shipping method.

There should be a default and only if you want to change it, the user can have that option.
