FEATURE: 2016.3 - We now have the ability to be the single sign-on provider for a Zendesk account

We now have the ability to be the single sign-on provider for a Zendesk account.
Must be enabled from Zendesk via Settings (gear icon) > Security



Then go to "End-users" tab
Select "Single sign-on (SSO)", then select "JSON Web Token"
For the Remote login url use https://{{ store SSL domain }}/store/login.aspx?zndsk=1
Remote logout URL use https://{{ store SSL domain }}/store/logout.aspx?zndsk=1




Optionally turn on "Update of external IDs". With this turned on, the customer's CustomerID will be populated in this field in Zendesk.
Be sure to copy/note the "Shared secret" as this will be needed on the AmeriCommerce Online Store side of things.
Then Save.




In the Store admin console, go to Tools > Apps & Addons > Zendesk
Enter the Shared Secret from the last step, and enter the zendesk domain (without http:// or https://)



Voila! Now when users go to login to zendesk, they will be redirected to the store login. Once logged in to the store, they will be redirected to the page they were trying to access on zendesk.
