HOTFIX 2016.3, 2016.2, 2016.1 - Leading or trailing whitespaces no longer interfere with the ability to select inactive payment methods
If an inactive custom payment name had leading or trailing whitespace, selecting it on the customer edit screen wasn't possible. That was bad, so we fixed it.
