HOTFIX 2015.6, 2015.5 - "Enable Product Notifications" setting now functions as expected.

Product Availability Notification Emails should no longer be sent if the "Enable Product Notifications" setting is disabled. Previously it was possible for users to receive these emails if they signed up to receive them before the setting was disabled.
