HOTFEATURE 2015.5 - New Merge code added: #&#35TIMEDMESSAGE[]#&#35

New Merge code ##TIMEDMESSAGE[]##: Only display the message when the time of a day is between start and end time. Time is based on our server time (US Central time).

For example: ##TIMEDMESSAGE[start=9:00 PM,end=5:00 AM,message=Hello world]## will only display the message "Hello world" when a customer visit the page between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
