HOTFIX 2015.6, 2015.5 - Default email template for product reviews now uses #&#35DOMAINNAME#&#35

The default email template for notifying an admin that a new product review has been created now uses the ##SSLDOMAINNAME## merge code to link to the review moderation page instead of ##DOMAINNAME## so that the link will be valid for shared SSL sites.
