HOTFIX 2015.5, 2015.6 - Public Shared Wish Lists now function as expected.

If the customer setting Load Previous Cart was disabled, viewing a public shared wish list would assign it to the current customer. This allowed them to mistakenly delete a wish list they didn't create.
