HOTFIX 2015.5, 2015.6 - Fixed SEO url formatting to remove duplicate entries

If the SEO url format follows the system generated format, the identifier portion of the url would be duplicated in the event the custom url was cleared out, or no custom url was set.



(Before the fix) If a new product is created with the format above, the url would resemble something like "mystore.com/store/p/123-myproduct" However, if the product did not have a custom url set, the url would look like "mystore.com/store/p/123-/store/p/123-myproduct"
