HOTFIX 2015.5, 2015.6 - A new merge code, ##ITEMSHORTDESCRIPTION##, has been added

A new merge code, ##ITEMSHORTDESCRIPTION##, has been added which is designed to work in emails that have OrderItem or CartItem context. The merge code must be placed within the or block since it works on a per-item basis.

Note: This is not to be confused with the existing ##ITEMDESC## merge code for the same context which pulls in Customizations, Variations, and Line Item Notes.
