HOTFIX 2015.5, 2015.4, 2015.3 - 25 char limit now enforced for Vantiv

We now enforce Vantiv Litle's 25 character limit for the customer's first and last name. If either of these fields are longer than 25 characters, they'll be truncated before sending to Vantiv.
