HOTFIX 2015.4, 2015.3 - An order confirmation email is no longer automatically sent if an order is created by an admin and saved with no items

An order confirmation email is no longer automatically sent if an order is created by an admin and saved with no items. Instead, "The confirmation email for this order was not automatically sent because the order was saved without any items. To manually send the order confirmation email, click on More Actions -> Send Notification Email." is displayed as a warning.
