HOTFIX 2015.5, 2015.4, 2015.3 - We no longer try to send warehouse notifications if the warehouse's email address isn't set

We no longer try to send warehouse notifications if the warehouse's email address isn't set. This will keep blank entries from showing in the customer's email history.
