HOTFIX 2015.4, 2015.3 - Shopping cart error messages go away when they should

We now remove the shopping cart error message when changes to the cart correct the error. For instance, if the cart total does not meet the store's minimum order amount, increasing the quantity to raise the order amount over the minimum will now remove the error message.
