FEATURE 2015.4 - EasyShip Widget
Using the EasyShip Widget, a shipping label can be generated and printed directly from the order-edit menu.
To setup the EasyShip Widget, navigate to Tools > Apps & Addons > Shipping Easy. The Email and Company Name fields are required, First and Last name fields are only required if the store owner wishes to purchase insurance for the shipments.
Once the EasyShip Widget is enabled, a "Buy & Print Label" button will appear in the order-edit menu. A shipment needs to be created before purchasing a shipping label. A new shipment can be added by clicking the "Add Shipment" button.
Once the shipment is added, select it via checkbox and click the "Buy & Print Label" button. [cid:image003.png@01D0CAD4.E4E959C0]
The widget should now be displayed showing various information about the order. After verifying that all of the information is correct, select the service and packaging options for your shipment and click the "Purchase Label" button.
The widget should now prompt you for payment information or ask you to verify the payment if you have previously purchased a label through the widget.
Shortly after completing the purchase, you should receive an email to the address specified in the EasyShip settings. The email should contain a pdf of the shipping label which can be easily printed, as well as tracking information and a link to refund or cancel the shipping label. The same tracking information should also be filled in on the shipment that was created on the order.
