HOTFIX 2015.1 - Alphanumeric product price fix

We now only show cents when the product's _show price_ is Numeric. If a product has a call for price string, the previous code was using the last two characters, always. So the shopping cart page would show "Call for price" with "ce" superscripted on the end. Whole numbers, 5 dollars for example, will continue to have "00" set for the cent merge codes.
