HOTFIX 2015.1 - Head Tags on a theme now function as expected

We fixed a recent issue causing a Theme's "Head Tags" to no longer be rendered on pages that were set up to ignore their templates and only display their contents such as the "Invoice" and "Packing Slip" pages. This was causing various things to look different than intended.
