HOTFIX 2015.1 - Dropdown list of states now updates as expected when selecting a new country

We fixed a case where the state dropdown could wind up with multiple spaces before the "field-has-error" class on One Page Checkout which was occasionally resulting in a javascript error on some themes. On the "Lovely" theme this error could result in the minimum validation lengths and the dropdown list of states not to update when selecting a new country.
