HOTFIX 2014.4 - API now handles a specific case on POST and PUT requests

We handle a particular case better on POST and PUT requests where the API would return a 500 error instead of a 415 Unsupported Media Type if the Content-Type was "application/x-www-form-urlencoded" (null ref during map).
