UPDATE 2014.5 - Error message displays when valid coupon code entered, but rules not met for strict discount methods

UPDATE: An error message will now be shown if a customer tries to use a valid coupon code that belongs to a strict discount method in which all rules are not passed. The message text can be configured in localization settings.
