HOTFIX 2014.4 - Custom Payment Types For Split Payments

HOTFIX: Custom payment types now allow for split payments. This can be enabled in the Custom Payment Type edit screen. When selected, the payment type can be used as a form of split payment for use of rewards points, check or money orders, etc. These can be combined when paying for the order.
