UPDATE 2014.4 - Shipping Countries Moved To Store Information, Active Countries

UPDATE: Shipping Countries have now been moved to Store Information > ActiveCountries. These countries that are set to be hidden will now be hidden in shipping and billing dropdowns, as well as customer registration dropdowns for the functionality of only displaying specific countries you wish to ship to.
