UPDATE 2014.4 - Shipping Country Dropdown On Checkout Page Will Only Display Countries Defined In Store's Shipping Regions

UPDATE: If "Ship Outside of Regions" option is turned off in the store setting, then the shipping country dropdown on the checkout page will only display countries who are defined in the store's shipping regions.
