HOTFIX: 2014.2, 2014.3 - API - Selected Shipping Method
REST API:
Added 'selected_shipping_method' and 'selected_shipping_provider_service' to /api/v1/orders resource
Corrected an issue that caused personalization answers on order_items to not split properly
