UPDATE 2014.3 - Advanced 404 Page Setting

Added Setting in Store Settings > Advanced that will not load the entire 404 page for client-side scripts/images/fonts that 404. This saves about 25KB of memory per 404 error for an average sized 404 page and pages that contain one or more 404's should load slightly faster.
