HOTFIX: 2014.1, 2014.2 - Customer Type On Customer Edit Screen

HOTFIX:

On the Customer Edit screen, if the Customer Type was changed, and then the More Actions menu was used, the Customer Type would be set to None. After the update, if Save is pressed after changing the Customer Type it will not be lost when using the More Actions menu.
