HOTFIX 2014.1 - Add Customer Association button wasn't showing up in table

Add Customer Association button wasn't showing up in table, which was making it confusing since the way it seems like you should save is by hitting the save button at the top.

Note that the 'plus' icon next to the customer association add needs to be pressed first, then Save. If you save before adding the association your changes won't persist.
