HOTFIX 2014.1 - Categories removed after saving for Microstores

Categories removed after saving for Microstores. Active Categories cannot be added to a Microstore unless "Microstore Catalog Override" is turned on.

Added in a check so a message is displayed if this is attempted to avoid confusion, also added in a popup help that explains what Catalog Override is for.
