UPDATE 2014.2 - Added a Unique field to CustomFields

Added a Unique field to CustomFields. If a CustomField is set to unique, then no two values of that field can be the same. Checkboxes, Checkbox Lists, and DropDown Lists, are not allowed to be set to unique.
