HOTFIX: 2013.2, 2013.4, 2013.5, 2014.1

Fixed an issue where the URL for the second initialization hop in a shared cart initialization chain would be malformed due to the source UID not being re-encoded. The second hop only happens when the store uses shared SSL or has a different SSL domain from the main domain.
