UPDATE 2014.2 - Added Attribute and Manufacturer to the Data Import/Export Tool

Added Attribute and Manufacturer to the Data Import/Export Tool. 

Also fixed the layout of the "View Field Definitions" page in Step 2 of Data Import. Added a check in Step 3 of Data Import to make sure that a mapping is selected before clicking Next.
