HOTFEATURE: 2013.2 - Generate detailed attribute information

Added ability to generate detailed attribute information in the generic product feed file generated by the site. This can be enabled per store and is off by default.

The setting is under General Catalog Settings in the new admin, and advanced store settings in the old admin.
